Because your Demand to Dollars digital workbook and access details are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Tickets (General, VIP and Elite) and all upgrades are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including if you are unable to attend live, miss a session, or change your mind.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or did not receive your workbook or access details, email support@legacy-preneur.com and we will resolve it.

Upgrades are a separate purchase that adds benefits to your existing seat. They do not replace or refund your original ticket.

Upgrade offers are only available on the pages shown immediately after your original purchase, at the prices shown there. Upgrades are not available at any later time, at that price or any other.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact us first at support@legacy-preneur.com so we can try to resolve the issue. If you dispute a valid charge, we may suspend your access to the Intensive, replays and materials while the dispute is open, and we may provide your purchase records and these Terms to the payment processor.

The benefits of each ticket are described on the sales page at the time of purchase. In summary:

• General Access: all three live training days, the digital workbook, implementation worksheets and checklists, live Q&A access, and 7-day replay access.
• VIP Access: everything in General, plus lifetime replay access, priority Q&A, deeper live examples and strategy breakdowns, and three personalized offer or monetization ideas from Eb sent by email after the Intensive.
• Elite Hot Seat Access: everything in VIP, plus a guaranteed live hot seat with Eb. Elite is limited to 5 seats.

Ticket benefits are personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred or resold without our written permission.

The Intensive is scheduled for November 5, 6 & 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM CST. It is delivered online. You are responsible for having a working device and internet connection.

We may change session dates, times, length, platform or speakers for reasons including illness, technical problems or circumstances beyond our control. If we reschedule, we will notify you by email and in the Telegram group, and your ticket will apply to the new date. A schedule change does not entitle you to a refund.

General replay access ends 7 days after the final live session. “Lifetime” replay access for VIP and Elite means access for as long as we continue to host the Intensive recordings, and in any case for at least 12 months after the final session. If we ever stop hosting them, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

Each Elite attendee receives dedicated live time with Eb during the Intensive. We will contact you by email with how to prepare and when your hot seat is scheduled. The length of each hot seat is set by us so every Elite attendee is served fairly.

If you miss your scheduled hot seat, we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate you elsewhere in the live sessions, but a missed hot seat is not refundable.

Hot-seat feedback, like everything in the Intensive, is educational and based on the information you share. Decisions about your business remain yours.

The three personalized offer or monetization ideas included with VIP and Elite are delivered by email after the Intensive and are based on the information you provide to us. They are suggestions for you to evaluate, not guarantees of results.

Live sessions are recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded if you speak, appear on camera, or participate in Q&A or a hot seat, and you grant us permission to use those recordings as part of the Intensive replays and for educational purposes.

If you do not want your face or business details to appear in replays, keep your camera off and avoid sharing identifying details, or email support@legacy-preneur.com before the Intensive and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You may not record, screenshot, download or redistribute any part of the live sessions or replays.

All content of the Intensive, including the workbook, worksheets, checklists, frameworks, recordings and slides, is owned by LegacyPreneur Holdings LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share, republish, upload to AI tools for redistribution, or teach the materials as your own.

The Intensive is educational. We do not promise or guarantee that you will earn any money, make any sales, or achieve any particular result.

Any income figures, testimonials or examples shown on our website, in our community or during the Intensive reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not typical. Results depend on your offer, market, effort, experience, skills, timing and many factors outside anyone's control. Many people who purchase education do not achieve meaningful results.

Nothing in the Intensive is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional before making those decisions for your business.

We want the room to be useful for everyone. Harassment, hate speech, spam, unsolicited selling to other attendees, or disruptive behavior is not allowed in the live sessions, chat or Telegram group. We may remove anyone who violates this without a refund.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or attend.

The Intensive and all materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegacyPreneur Holdings LLC and its owners, team and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your purchase or use of the Intensive. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket and any upgrades.

You agree to indemnify and hold LegacyPreneur Holdings LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the materials or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@legacy-preneur.com and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
